Sale of wood

Everwood assists forest owners in selling their timber. Before any harvest, an appraisal is conducted to estimate the value of the standing timber. Sales strategies are then implemented to meet each owner's objectives and expectations.

Land and forest management

Everwood offers a wide range of land and forest resource management services, tailored to the objectives of forest owners. Everwood specializes in reforestation of small plots as well as afforestation work on large forests.

Field Services

Everwood provides on-the-ground support services to institutional investors (TIMOs), timberland real estate investment trusts (REITs), and large landowners. These services aim to optimize forest management.

Everwood provides technical and analytical tools tailored to the needs of forest owners. The offering includes cash flow analysis, timber harvest optimization, the development of specific mobile applications, and the use of drones to optimize forest management.

Everwood supports buyers and sellers in their forestry transactions, facilitating connections with players in the land market.

Natural capital

Forests play a vital role beyond their land boundaries: they contribute to air quality by absorbing CO₂, prevent soil erosion, and provide a habitat for rich biodiversity. With the development of environmental recovery initiatives, Everwood is helping landowners identify new sources of income from forest assets.

Carbon sequestration

Everwood is finally active in the carbon credit markets, notably through reforestation projects, labeled Low-Carbon by the Ministry of Ecological Transition.
