Charles Flipo

CEO

A graduate of SKEMA Business School in Lille, with a specialization in project management and entrepreneurship, he began his career in New Delhi and London. He then joined the founders of Evergaz in 2009, driven by a strong belief in the company’s potential.

Over the course of 12 years, he held various executive roles, particularly in business development, where he was responsible for identifying and integrating acquisitions from external growth operations. Since 2018, he has served as Director of Development at Evergaz. In late 2021, he was appointed President of Everwood.

Karim Caudron

CFO and Partner

Karim is a graduate of Toulouse Business School, where he specialised in management control, governance and risk management.

He began his career within Ernst & Young, notably in their Johannesburg office. He then joined Michel Leclercq (founder of Décathlon) at his investment holding company Genairgy as Financial Controller for tourism and leisure activities in France and abroad, and later as General Secretary. He joined Everwood in 2020, where he is currently CFO and Partner.

Caroline Griaud

Head of Administration and Finance

A graduate of EM Normandie and holder of a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Banking and International Finance, she began her career in major corporations (FDJ, Daewoo Automobiles) as a Budget Controller before advancing to roles in Financial and Administrative Management within subsidiaries or SMEs in France and abroad.
After spending 16 years internationally, including 12 years in Asia, she joined the French subsidiary of the UK-based TCS group as CFO. In mid-2023, she became part of Everwood, joining the group’s Finance Department.

Mathilde Brisset

M&A and Corporate Finance Project Manager

A graduate of ESSCA School of Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance, she began her career in financial auditing. In 2018, she joined the LE DUFF Group as an M&A Analyst, later becoming an M&A Project Manager, where she contributed to strategic transactions in France and internationally.
Subsequently, she transitioned to a Financial Control role, focusing on monitoring the performance of the group’s investments.

In March 2022, she joined Everwood and now serves as Head of Corporate Finance – M&A, overseeing the group’s external growth projects and contributing to the structuring and financing of international projects.
